As a Customer Service Representative DTC, you are responsible for the following tasks:
- You are responsible for realising a perfect order flow, from intake of the orders up to and including invoicing the customers;
- You follow up the entire process from a-z;
- You register and handle incoming complaints. You formulate preventive proposals in order to avoid these complaints in the future;
- You provide support in processing marketing campaigns (samples, free products, etc.);
- You will be part of the DTC team and report directly to the Teamleader Customer Service Bionutrics.
